Pete Gray2024-07-21Running water is way overrated until it stops… a story with a happy ending! 👍 A few days before Christmas my water system died. The water line from the well failed big time… Nice timing 🤔 I called Anderson and they had a technician at my house in a few hours. Given some realistic options they made a realistic proposal. The well pump was over 25 years old and several other components were well below standards. Upgrades and new parts were the plan. It’s fun to watch master craftsmen at work! The technicians were professional and did a great job. My water system is good to go and better than ever and I am comfortable putting in good words for a fine local establishment and the professionals who did a superb job on such short notice. I couldn’t be happier and gladly give them a top rating… NO regrets and NO worries !😎 AND… I recently had my water go out AGAIN 😱 Called Anderson and spoke to Ben We decided an emergency after hours visit was not necessary He set up an appointment with Kevin the next morning 🐜 ANTS had invaded and shorted out the pressure control switch 🐜 Removed and replaced… Everything else was fine and I was up and running… THANK YOU ! Quick response and excellent service !!! 👍
